Lauren (she/her) is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist intern currently completing her Master's Degree at Syracuse University. Before pursuing this degree, she worked with middle and high school students and their families in a ministry setting, where she discovered her passion for advocating for and empowering others. Her warm and compassionate approach is complemented by a solution-focused lens, helping clients identify practical steps towards positive change. Lauren has a particular interest in supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, striving to strengthen relationships and foster healthier, more fulfilling lives. She integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Her professional focus includes young emerging adults, couples, and families, as well as working with individuals. Lauren is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and develop strategies to overcome obstacles, achieve their goals, and build stronger, more resilient relationships.
