Juhi Patel, MHC-LP
Associate
Juhi (she/her) is a relational-integrative therapist who brings warmth, curiosity, and intentionality to her work with individuals, couples, and families. Rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based theories, Juhi helps clients explore how early relational patterns and internalized beliefs shape their current lives and relationships. She integrates trauma-informed approaches, including narrative therapy, IFS-informed parts work, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and cognitive-behavioral tools to support clients in fostering insight, connection, and meaningful change. Juhi’s work is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s lived experience, emphasizing safety, collaboration, and empowerment. She is especially passionate about supporting clients navigating complex family dynamics, intergenerational and cultural identities, and identity formation across the lifespan. With a developmentally attuned lens, Juhi strives to create a reflective and affirming space where clients can deepen self-understanding, gently process painful experiences, set boundaries with compassion, and reclaim their stories with agency.
