Morgan (he/him) is a clinical intern pursuing a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Morgan comes to counseling after 15 years’ experience in a multicultural workforce, with time in stressful, dynamic, and creative environments. He brings a warm and calm demeanor to his counseling relationships and focuses on holding space for clients while encouraging candid, open communication. Morgan works from a person-centered and humanistic perspective while incorporating behavioral therapy techniques. His clinical and academic interests include coping mechanisms for stress, the intersection of grief, loss and trauma, and exploring patterns of substance use.
